Gear selection
When DIP switch No. 1 is turned OFF, VO outputs 0-5V, when No. 1 is turned ON, VO outputs 0-10V, and when both DIP switches 1 and 2 are turned OFF, VO outputs 0-5V, IO Output 4-20mA. The other wire for current and voltage output and the negative pole of the power supply are both GND. If the zero point cannot be adjusted, you can try to turn the DIP switch 2 to ON
Zero adjustment
1: Voltage adjustment Connect the sensor, first make the system in no-load state, adjust the voltage zero potentiometer (Vzero) to adjust the zero point. Use a multimeter to measure the voltage at the output terminal VO, and make the displayed value as close as possible to the zero point.
2: Current adjustment Connect the sensor, first make the system in the no-load state, adjust the current zero potentiometer (Izero), measure the output current IO with a multimeter current block, and try to keep it as close to 4mA as possible. .
Gain adjustment
1: Voltage full scale adjustment load the system with a certain weight value (recommended range: 80%~100%FS), calculate the output voltage value according to the proportional relationship between the loaded weight and the maximum weighing value, monitor the output with a digital multimeter, and rotate the voltage to full The degree potentiometer (Vspan) adjusts the full-scale output.
2: Current full scale adjustment loads the system with a certain weight value (recommended range: 80%~100%FS), and calculates the output current value according to the proportional relationship between the loaded weight and the maximum weighing value, and monitors the output with a digital multimeter. The rotating current is full Adjust the full-scale output with a degree potentiometer (Ispan), try to keep it close to 20mA. .
Recheck
Put the system in the no-load state, measure the zero output; load a certain weight value,and measure whether the output voltage meets the expected magnification. If it does not match, please adjust again.
