Wiring steps:
(1) Connect the collection cable to each battery section to ensure the effective connection of the cable.
Ensure that individual potential sequences increase or decrease sequentially at the cable plug end.
The sequence of potential is consistent with the sequence of potential at the end socket of the protective plate, potential - corresponds.
(2) Solder the B- lead of the protection plate to the total negative B- of the battery pack.
Ensure that the solder joint is firm and reliable, good electrical conductivity, the wiring position does not exist extrusion, friction and other possible hidden dangers, the wiring is smooth and short.
Avoid dropping, sticking, or touching solder, conductive objects, or leads.
(3) Connect the cable plug to the protective board socket.
First complete the welding of the B-lead of the protection board and the total negative B of the battery pack, and then connect the plug of the wire to the socket of the protection board.
Ensure that the cable plug is properly connected to the socket of the protection board, and no live objects or leads touch the protection board, and take fixed measures.
(4)B+ and c- are respectively connected to the positive and negative terminals of the charging interface.
Ensure that other leads are isolated during welding to avoid short circuits.
The voltage of the battery pack tested by the discharge interface and the charging interface is consistent with the voltage of the battery pack, whether the polarity is correct and whether the wiring position is correct.
