wiring
First, first connect the B- wire to the battery negative pole (B-wire need to welding short wire), then connect the cable (before connecting the cable, you must first remove the cable from the board) 2. Start wiring from BC0, BCO is connected to the battery negative pole, the second cable BC1 is connected to the first string battery positive pole, the third cable BC2 is connected to the second string battery positive pole, and the fourth cable BC3 is connected to the third string battery. Positive board.. and so on. Third, after the cable is connected, the voltage between each two adjacent cables is measured from the top of the row. The voltage of the polymer battery is less than 4V, and the voltage of the lifepo4 battery is less than 3.5V. Insert the cable after checking it. 4. Reconnect the charger negative and load negative to C-. The B negative wire and the C negative wire must be welded by thick wire. The wire connection method has nothing to do with the color, only the order is correct. 5. Finally, measure whether the total voltage of the battery and the output voltage of the protection board are equal, and the equal protection board is working normally.
